Intertidal investigates the impact of water as it slowly erodes and reshapes earth, human-made objects and coastlines over time. The tide line mark in the Whitstable Baptist Church Hall, recording the 1953 flood, is a jumping off point for these three London-based artist’s separate investigations of water and tides.

A shared interest in natural processes, amateur archaeology and the poetics of decay runs through the exhibition.

Fiona Fouhy will demonstrate her monoprinting techniques on the weekend days.
