Exploring spaces not usually considered as platforms for art, Proposition W presents a series of proposed interventions – to be realised or not – situated across a range of sites in Whitstable.
A new proposition will be released each day of the festival, inviting the viewer to consider where art can inhabit outside of the traditional exhibition setting.
