Flight of fancy – an idea, narrative, suggestion which is extremely imaginative and which appears to be entirely unrealistic, untrue, or impractical. A mode of thinking which is very speculative and leads you astray at the drop of a hat.

Expect to find playful and brightly coloured canvases, objects of beauty, strange puppetry & shadow play.

Rogers has unleashed her subconscious allowing it to twist and turn, emerging from the shadows and morphing into new characters, spaces and narratives. Her palette is constantly changing using colour to carve out space, define, separate and alter. Characters jostle for space each jockeying for prime position. They can be noisy, funny, odd and sometimes contemplative but most of all they hold energy. An energy for life.
