From Sunday for the duration to the Biennale, QR codes will be visible around Whitstable where a bizarre weather report will be available.
As part of this performance piece, a live screening event will take place at the Old Neptune pub on the Sunday 12th at 7pm, which can be viewed live, showing the weather outcome for the next few days but again taking on an absurdist tone.
The aim of this humours work being to find different ways of seeing our environment and the significance in exploring alternative relationships we humans have with our surroundings. Often it can feel like a foreboding subject matter to engage with but this work looks to find alternative approaches to continue the essential conversations about how we humans interact with the environment in which we live.
